When every applicable check passes, the report is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Independent Evaluation. It records the product, commit, evaluation date, scope, result and report identifier, so a customer or investor can see exactly what the seal represents.

The certificate turns a completed evaluation into a compact record for an enterprise review, investment discussion, trust centre or release pack.

A pass certificate when every applicable check passes.
A signed Evaluation Record when findings remain open.
A new certificate when the original findings are shown to be closed.
Optional public verification. Private reports remain private unless the customer chooses otherwise.

It certifies the evaluation, not universal safety.

The certificate is a scoped, point-in-time record of the stated checks at the named commit. It is not accredited product certification, a penetration test, an endorsement, or a guarantee that the product is secure in every configuration.

The signed report remains the authoritative record. It contains the test conditions, evidence, limitations and any excluded checks behind the certificate.
